Design Systems at Scale: Building Consistent Product UI
Learn to build and maintain scalable design systems that keep product teams consistent as they grow.
About This Course
Syllabus PDFAs products grow, inconsistent UI becomes a real business problem. This course teaches you how to build and maintain a design system: reusable components, clear design tokens, and documentation that keeps designers and developers aligned as a team scales.
You'll build a complete design system from the ground up in Figma, including a color and typography token structure, a component library with variants and states, and documentation that a real engineering team could use to implement it in code.
This course is designed for intermediate designers who already understand UI fundamentals and want to move into a more systems-oriented, product-level role, as well as design leads tasked with bringing order to an inconsistent product.
By the end, you'll have a portfolio-ready design system case study and a practical framework for introducing design systems into any product team, regardless of its current size.
