14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a self-paced course, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content. Email support@zentricsolutions.com with your order details.
Live Sessions
Live cohort enrollments can be refunded in full up until 48 hours before the cohort start date. After the cohort begins, refunds are prorated based on sessions attended.
1-on-1 Mentoring
Unused 1-on-1 sessions may be refunded on a per-session basis; completed sessions are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@zentricsolutions.com with your order confirmation. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days via Stripe.
